1. You have the right to cancel an order at any time before your item is not shipped out from a manufacturer warehouse. If you cancel your order after manufacturer ships out your order we will apply restocking fee of 25%.
2. All returns/exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the delivery day. The actual cost of the delivery will not be included. If your order was delivered to you for free we will charge you the actual shipping/delivery cost plus 25% restocking fee which will be applied to any item returned, and it will be subtracted from the refund.
3. Any items without an original condition and package cannot be returned, No Exceptions.
4. Mattress and Box Spring Items are not refundable or exchangeable. NO EXEPTIONS.
5. Color discrepancies may occur between picture and actual product due to computer screen difference. Due to our specific business pictures are taken from a different sources such as different manufacturers. We do our best to describe the item, the actual color of the item can be found in the description section. There is a slight difference between the color in the description and color on the picture due to knowledge and different techniques used by a photographer.
We do not accept exchange, return due to color matters as we count on the pictures provided by our provider.
6. We guarantee your complete satisfaction and our goal is to ensure you are pleased with your purchase experience. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we want to hear about it and will try to make it right.

7. You should be at home at the time of delivery, if you are not home during delivery time. Delivery charge will be applied for the next attempt. There will be no delivery if there is no one at home who’s age are 18 years or older.
8. If some of the furniture at the date of delivery (or within 7 days) is found defective or damaged - we will exchange it at no cost. All other claims about defects, missing parts or imperfections must be made within 7 days.
9. Italy Furniture is not responsible for any damages or broken items if the customer makes their own installation, you must inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. In case you inspected your furniture, signed delivery invoice and then found damage and request us to exchange the piece, another delivery charge might be applied.
